| Early morning after Easter Sunday, while the owner of the colored dozen slept, his Momma mulled over the fate of the eggs. Upon deciding what to do she asked him, rather warned him (as he sleepily acquiesced) that the eggs will soon morph into two dishes he and his Poppa love to eat. |

| There was pandemonium among the eggs...they were both nervous and excited... |

| wanting to know what will become of them.... |
 |
| shelled and halved, the blue one particularly was not sure he was liking what was going on... |
 |
| ahhh....deviled egg with a sprinkling of paprika and |
 |
| and ever the favorite....egg salad |
 |
| then there was silence... |
 |
| then jubilation!!! They're happy to make us happy! |
 |
| We let these good sports grace our table for a few more days to remember what fun we had with them! |
